How do I book a one, two, or four bedroom condo in Seaside Heights, NJ for a Prom Rental or Group Rental?

Do you have to be over 18 years of age to rent?
No, any one or group can rent a unit at Surfside Condominiums at Seaside Heights.
How much is the deposit and when does it have to be paid?
We require a deposit of 50% of the rental that is due at the time of the reservation. This is applied in full towards your balance.
How is the deposit paid?
Deposits can be paid by any major credit card (via paypal), money order, personal check or cash.
Where do we pay the deposit?
Credit card deposits can be paid via Paypal, personal checks and money orders can be mailed. Cash would be based on the time of year, we are not at the beach in the winter.
When is the balance due?
The balance must be paid in full 30 days before check in.
Does our first night of check in count as a day?
Yes, the first night of check in, even if after 12:00 midnight, does count as a day of your reservation since the property must be available to you from 2:00pm.
What is the security deposit?
We require only a $50.00 per person security deposit. Security deposits are returned with 30 days after departure provided there is no damage and the property is returned in the same condition provided.
How late can you check in?
With advance notice, we can arrange check in at any time.
Do you provide Security on site?
We retain security guards on site that and are instructed to assist and protect our guests.
What time is check out?
11:00 AM

OK, I know the summer vacation 2008 season is over, but this you have to see! Check it out as this guy video chronicles just about every ride on the Seaside Heights, NJ Boardwalk, including the Skycoaster, rides on Casino Pier, and more. I really like the rollercoaster camera view as he shot the footage while in the Skycoaster .. so cool!
I know it’s winter and the summer weekly vacation rental season in Seaside Heights is over, but doesn’t this just make you itch to get back down here next summer?!?
This promotional film from 1960 was discovered by Peter J. Smith, Director of the Seaside Heights Office of Public Relations in May 2008, and was converted to modern video format by Joe Verderosa of Greenrose Media. Peter had seen this film once before in his life, when it was shown by Mr. Hugh J. Boyd, Principal of his namesake school in Seaside Heights.
Peter spent five years looking for this video inside the Borough Hall. One day, he had to reach high on a shelf to retrieve a box of 8 radios. However, the box only had 7 radios inside. This made him grab a stepladder and look for the radio. The radio was found on top of a reel of film, which turned out to be the long-lost Sun and Fun video. We like to think that the spirit of J. Stanley Tunney, who appears in this film, and is believed to occassionally make a paranormal visit to the Borough Hall, led us to this valuable piece of history.
