Prom Rentals and Group Rentals

Weekends from March through June at the NJ Shore … Plan your weekend after the prom in Seaside Heights!

We are sold out for June except for the week of June 25th. We have the last weekend in April, the first week of May as well as May 2oth available for proms. We also have Memorial Day Weekend for prom house rentals or group rentals.

Seaside Heights is a great choice for students because of the number of activities available. The boardwalk is one of the most well-known in the world and features many opportunities for playing games and grabbing a bite to eat from one of the many vendors.

The beach is a mile long, meaning you’ll have plenty of opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, boating, and fishing in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. If you’re more of the indoor type, you can spend time out of the sun while you’re shopping or enjoying one of the many restaurants Seaside Heights has to offer.

Rates:

The rates are for all 4 units. We do not split them up. We like large groups and they have a MUCH better time.

Weekend of April 29- $4,000

Weekend of May 6 – $4,500

Weekend of May 13 – Booked!

Weekend of May 20 – $6,000

Memorial Day Weekend is $7,500

June 3 and June 10th are $6,500 each – both booked!

June 17th is $6,00 – Booked!

There are no proms or groups accepted after July 2nd.

RULES FOR RESERVATIONS

Persons under the age of 21 years are strictly forbidden to possess or consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises (NJ State Law 20:33:15). In the event an occupant of any room is 21 years of age or older, that individual must agree not to possess alcohol in rooms occupied by minors.

Security deposit is held until departure to safeguard against damage to rooms and tickets. There will be a minimum of $50 withheld from security for rooms left in dirty condition, refuse left behind, recyclables not seperated, tickets received, etc.

In the event that there is damage to any room, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The occupants agree to reimburse GSW Property Group for the full cost of damage. Be aware that the full cost of any damage may include full replacement of a damaged item, whether or not it can be repaired should management deem that the item no longer meets their cosmetic standards for use.

Only guests are allowed in rooms, pool area, or anywhere on the property. Visiting is not permitted at any time.

Violation of these rules can result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid, including security deposit.
