Nice 1 bedroom condo, newly renovated, fully furnished, cable TV, off street parking, centrally located, only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk, an in the ground swimming pool with large deck. There is a spacious, fenced in courtyard for grilling, sunning and relaxing.

This is an end unit on the ground floor of the complex. While it is air conditioned and heated, the end location provides lots of windows for those who prefer fresh ocean breezes.

You have a porch overlooking the pool and couryard.

There are only 6 units in the entire complex.

Amenities

Kitchen with range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave,  coffee pot and toaster. Dishes, utensils,
glasses, pots and pans, etc. are provided.

The bedroom has a full size bed, a small dresser, and a small closet for hanging items.

The living room has a full size pullout. It has a cable TV and a DVD player.

Please provide your own sheets and towels (beach, bath and kitchen).

The complex has a sunning deck, umbrella table and chair sets, tasteful landscaping, washer and
dryer.

Activities and Attractions

Boardwalk has lots of rides for all ages, games, arcades and entertainment.  Water park, miniature golf, lots of great restaurants and night life for the adults. 

There are also public golf courses, fishing docks, boat ramps (charge), free concerts on the boardwalk, free movies for both under and over the age of 13 and tennis and basketball courts.

Boating, jet skiing and fishing are a few recreations to mention.

Atlantic City is just 50 minutes away, bus services available.

Conditions
Rates are based on weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 2PM (we can be flexible)

Deposit of half the rental rate is due upon reserving the unit, and the balance plus security deposit of $250 is due 30 days prior to rental date.

Check in at 2pm on Sat. Check out by 11 am the following Sat.
