Due to popular demand, without a deposit we can only reserve your unit for 3 business days, after that they are released back into inventory.
Deposit of half the rental rate is due upon reserving the unit, and the balance plus security deposit of $250 is due 30 days prior to rental date. Check in at 2pm on Sat. Check out by 11 am the following Sat.
